At check-in front was unable to locate my reservation. Called Hotels.com to have it emailed to him. Finally, after about 20 min my reservation was confirmed. However, my cc was charged 2 additional times for reservations that were not mine. Called Hotels.com and was told they didn't make the charges. Called my cc CS dept to ensure my card hadn't been compromised. My cc CS confirmed the charges but said they had been reverse. Finally, I was very surprised that the breakfast had no bacon, sausage, nor fruits. They only had powered eggs, biscuits, and cream. There was no orange juices. Much less serving than what Homewood has provided in the past.
