\*\*Hilltop sits on a park-like estate. Originally a barn, Hilltop has been NEWLY REMODELED to be a two-unit dwelling. Enjoy beautiful views with rolling hills, ponds, and lush green landscaping. Come stay and refresh your soul in our peaceful Cottage or GO and have fun! Convenient to breweries, wineries, C&O Canal for biking or hiking, and antique shopping at the popular Lucketts Store. 11 miles south to historic downtown Leesburg, Virginia or 15 miles north to historic Frederick, Maryland.\*\*  
  
The Space:  
Open space concept with all wood floors. Bedroom has it's own dresser, lamps, closet and spare pillows. Ambiance is shown through unique colors and decorations in each room. Smart TV in the bedroom.  
  
Guest Access:  
Private backyard with two ponds. 200 feet away from route 15 makes access in and out to either Maryland or the rest of Leesburg.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Private 40-acre family estate 200 feet away from route 15\. Situated next to a pond and mountain views.  
  
Getting Around:  
Open parking lot for multiple vehicles. Bicycles, Lyft, Uber etc.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The building is comprised of two units, Cottage A and Cottage B; each is a separate unit listing. Each side has it's own entrance and amenities; only sharing a parking lot.

Overall, the place was fine. The grounds were very nice and the place was clean and neat. The bed, however, was not comfortable. The pillows were flat and hard and there was only one thin, stiff blanket on the bed.When we asked Becky for another blanket, she kept insisting that there were more blankets when there were not. She didn't offer to do anything to help (even though she kept saying that they would do anything they could to earn a five star review). Instead, she told us we could turn up the thermostat if we were cold.I would not stay here again.

#### Great cabin, great experience

My wife, daughter and I stayed that the cottage for two nights so my daughter could compete at Morven Equestrian Center. The decor is awesome and well taken care of. Everything we used was in good working order. The views are great if the grounds and pond. We definitely want to stay here again!
