Spacious 1 bed apartment in the busy central Leeds suburb of Chapeltown. The apartment has modern decor and a fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 2 people and has free off-street parking nearby. The apartment is 1 mile from Leeds city centre and is ideally located for access to Leeds arena. The space has recently been renovated and features a modern bathroom with a power shower and has new IKEA furniture throughout. Comfy sofa, smart TV and WiFi are also included.  
  
On staying here you'll have access to all areas of the apartment, this includes an open plan living and kitchen room, 1 large bedroom and modern private bathroom.  
The apartment also has free off-street parking and a video intercom entry system. Buses to Leeds city centre are available every 5 minutes from the nearby bus stop (1 minute walk away).

This is located on the same side of the road as the apartment. Head up the hill 50 m to the bus stop outside the Reginald Centre. Service numbers: 36, 2, 3 and 3a stop at this bus stop.  
  
Uber: We recommend you ask the driver to meet you on Chapeltown Road, as this is easier for them to find. Please use our office address as the reference. The address is: Octopus Residential, 227 Chapeltown Road, LS7 3DX.  
  
Walking: The city centre is a 20 minute walk: Head down the hill. Chapel Allerton is a 10 minute walk: Head up the hill.  
  
Free off-street parking is available at a near by site just 1 minute walk from the flat. There's also free on street parking available outside the building.
