I would strongly advise against booking this apartment. I booked on September 1st for arrival on the 22nd and noted my check-in time as 4pm. The listing stated I would receive “special check-in instructions” by email. I also followed their directions and emailed my car registration on September 3rd to secure parking, but received no reply. I tried calling multiple times on the 21st and sent further emails, again with no response. On the 22nd, I finally managed to reach someone — but only 30 minutes after my scheduled arrival time — and only then did they send the check-in instructions and parking confirmation. Completely unacceptable communication. On arrival, the condition of the apartment was appalling: • A crack in the bedroom window. • Kitchen sink leaking underneath. • Bathroom door handle literally fell off in my hand. • Kitchen light not working. • Worst of all, there was visible mold growing on the floor in the airing cupboard. This place is not properly maintained and feels unsafe and unhygienic.
