"The property was going through some repairs after the storms and flooding, but all the walk ways were cleared and the grounds were beautiful to walk around. The rooms were clean and spacious, but to be honest when you’re in the mountains you don’t spend a lot of time in the room. It was everything I asked for, I will stay again."

"This was our first family vacation and I have to tell you about our stay. The cabin was absolutely a breath taking experience. Not only did it feel warm and like home but everything from the kitchen (my favorite place as I love cooking for my family). The wood work to the decor was spot on. Everything so clean and beautiful pictures could not do this cabin justice. The property owner was so informative and I absolutely adored talking with them. They gave phenomenal recommendations that we did. They checked in with us just to make sure we didn’t need anything and every question I had they answered without hesitation. I could not express how much we loved staying here and talking with Loni. Thank you for such an amazing vacation."

"Cabin was as described and wonderful for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone have some privacy. We had a couple of minor issues that were beyond owner’s control but got quick response from someone local and issues were resolved and that is really why I am giving this a10/10 because anytime you have a house whether you know issues are going to arise and it’s how those issues are resolved which can make or ruin your vacation. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub on a couple of cool nights and we saw a bear and 5 cubs right outside the cabin 3 different times. Driveway is steep but had no issues getting down or up. The view is decent but blocked in spring and summer by the trees/leafs and vegetation but we loved the location and amenities that were offered including the treadmill and free weights. We would definitely recommend this place and will check for availability the next time we visit Wears Valley which is in my opinion the best area to stay as it’s peaceful and quiet with a few good food options as we found food trucks on Wears Valley Road that had a lot of good food options. There were always a couple open during the week and 5 or 6 open on the weekends. Also like being able to use the back (less crowded) entrance to the National Park and Gatlinburg which is a beautiful drive along the river with a couple of nice short hikes along the way."

"The view!!! Absolutely stunning! The cabin is BEAUTIFUL! We loved it! We were surprised by a raccoon on the back deck every night 🦝 the cutest trash panda! Then, a family of bears were just outside of the front of the cabin, we were thrilled with the wild life we got to see! It was our first time in this particular area and we can’t wait to return!! My ONLY complaint is that the banister on the back deck was a little loose, luckily our children are teenagers and knew to stay away from it. Other than that, this was our favorite property so far and we’ve been coming here since 2020 for vacation ❤️🐻"

"This cottage was perfect for our family of 3. It was right off a main highway, so it was easy to get to (a little loud if you aren't used to constant traffic). The front porch was comfy, as was the living room. The patio was beautiful but, unfortunately, there are frequent burn bans on the area that make it illegal for you to have a fire. We were looking forward to using the firepit and weren't allowed to. We had problems with the heat not turning on when there was a sudden freeze warning, but the company sent people out and were very responsive, even in the middle of a big thunderstorm. Thankfully, there were 2 space heaters that kept the house warm while they worked on it. There isn't any counter space or more than one towel rack in the bathroom, so it's helpful to buy command hooks and attach them to the dryer for hand towels. We used the washer top as counter space for bathroom necessities. There's also a hole in the bathroom wall where it looked like there used to be a hook or shelf. There are no closets, but there is a hanging rod and a dresser in each room with ample space. Overall, this was a great spot from which to explore the mountains (Foothills Parkway is right before the street to the house) and the local cities, as well as a great spot to just relax in. There are some great restaurants and general stores nearby that had good eats and unique merchandise. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area."
