I booked online and it was therefore non refundable which I dislike greatly. I think that is ridiculous.
Hotel is new and clean.
Food was fantastic - had one meal that wasn't great and kitchen rectified that without hesitation.
Hotel is good, but needs some upgrades, especially curtains, didn't really block any morning sunlight. Did notice towels on roof of restaurant and floating in there pound, surprised nobody picked them up.
There breakfast was good, but had trouble with voucher because of poorly trained staff.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The room was clean, but anyone with sensitives to strong sense would have a problem in the hotel. I loved the electronics ports by the beds. The staff were very helpful except for one in the bar when I was looking for ginger ale, but manager was quick to help with issue.

The hotel is quite impressive when you enter the lobby and the staff is very friendly. There were cookies and apples set out for the guests as well as complimentary news papers. My room was immense and had a pull out sofa, desk and chaise lounge as well as the tv and king size bed.. The room also had a keurig coffee maker, micro wave and small refrigerator. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. The only problem I found was a chip out of the coffee table. The hotel is very quiet. The pool is very good and the complimentary breakfast extensive.
I booked this hotel just to have a change inside the city for a few days. My kids and me had a wonderful time enjoying the pool with the slide, the hot tub and the Gym. The breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties and all made fresh. The omelettes are gorgeous.
We ordered pizza for lunch so our stay was well planned and we had a wonderful time.
The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help.
I certainly recommend this hotel to all my friends.
Streamlined room design but a little small especially with a crib in the room. The bathroom door is heavy & closes on its own- can get a little noisy & dangerous with a toddler who likes to try to open doors.
Leduc - Edmonton International Airport Hotels Guide
Leduc’s economy is largely centered around the oil and gas industry, but its proximity to Edmonton International Airport makes it an attractive place to stay for early morning flights. Downtown Edmonton is about a half-hour away, and a handful of parks and an in-city lake offer recreational opportunities.
