Offering everything you need to make your stay at Ledge Point an enjoyable one, this well presented 4 bed 2 Bath home will sure to please. Features include dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioning, outdoor patio at the rear of the property with an enclosed back yard. Within walking distance to the beach.

This property strictly sleeps 8. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property.

Pets Allowed with owner approval. Pet bond applicable $250.

Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made.

No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.

Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels - Linen Hire is available on request.

Ledge Point is a charming fishing village located 10 minutes drive south of Lancelin. Ledge offers beautiful sugary-white beaches stretching for as far as the eye can see. The village was established to service the local cray fishing industry and has evolved into a beautiful beach-side getaway. Ledge offers an interesting mix of traditional and modern beach house, chalet, caravaning and camping accommodation.

This part of WAs coast is recognised internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. In January each year they hold the prestigious Ledge Point to Lancelin Ocean Classic, which draws enthusiasts from around the world.

Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities.

Just south of the village is where the Dutch East Indies ship, the Vergulde Draeck, or Gilt Dragon, went down after striking reefs in 1646. Some 70 mariners were marooned ashore, never to be rescued.

Property was quite dirty we had to clean the toilets and just overall not great. Outside room has probably not seen a vacuum in a while and unfortunately the bed broke the first night we were there. Messaged the property manager and got no response. So we slept on the floor with the mattress the last night. Nice quiet area and great for unplugging and just relaxing.

Clean well equipped property in a quiet area

We enjoyed our stay in this property. However, some notes need to be considered by the owner: - TV did not work - Only 4 dishwashing tablets for 4 days for 8 people! - Not enough chairs for dining table for 8 people. The foldable chairs do not suite the dining table.

The house was amazing, it has a fully equipped kitchen a nice back area where kids can play.

The place has a very good accessibility, beach and in the area of Lancelin. It has a complete Kitchen facility that we loved. Overall, We were very happy with our stay.

We had a really good time, although didn't like seeing a cockroach in one of the beds as wse were making it when we first got there. Good location, near the beach, but a pity about the blue bottle stingers that were all washed up on the beach.

Ideal setting for 2 families. Great living areas and very comfortable beds. Kitchen very well stocked with cooking supplies (cookware and crockery). Very nice back yard. Highly recommended

Great Location and Very Clean

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. The house is perfectly located to access all Ledge has the offer. The house was very clean and well equipped. The seperate bedroom and bathroom at the rear of the house would be perfect for teens or in-laws!!! Great communication from property manager, would definitely stay again!

A perfect holiday house for a family

The house was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for 2 families and a great little backyard for a game of Boule. It was quiet, a 2 min walk to the beach and close to Lancelin.

We found the place very neat and fully fuctional. I had a problem with the keys as there were plenty to try and sort out which locks they fit with no lables on them and locks were a bit stiff to work.
