Located in a quiet area called Pescarenico, it is connected to the city center by a suggestive path along the lake. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa. Among the many services included, you will find a washing machine, a TV and all the bathroom essentials. For those arriving by car, free parking is available near the apartment, while a dedicated parking space can be obtained on request. The internet connection is fast and stable, making the apartment also ideal for working from home. Children and pets are welcome! The owners have put together a booklet with suggestions for restaurants, local attractions, and other helpful information, which we appreciated. The kitchen is very well equipped, and even has a full size refrigerator/ freezer with ice maker. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works great! Our one small complaint is that the bathtub showerhead is mounted at waist height. It does reach overhead, but you have to hold it with one hand. So that’s a bit tricky.
