streets in the historic center just a stone\`s throw from the cathedral.   
The only room is lofted. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with induction plate, small table and chairs, and 1 double sofa bed. On the wooden mezzanine there is 1 double bed.  
The shower room completes the house.

Ficalindia is located in the historic center of Lecce, within walking  
distance of everything: the Cathedral, Piazza Sant\`Oronzo with the  
amphitheater, Porta Rudiae and the Roman theater.   
Everything is within walking distance, even the train station. All major services are present in Lecce, the capital of Baroque.   
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
