Villetta Monica è una graziosa villetta con giardino in affitto per vacanze a pochi passi dalle spiagge di Lecce. Sorge a Spiaggiabella, marina di Lecce, ed offre fino a 6 posti letto. Sono ammessi animali.  
La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e pale a soffitto, forno elettrico, phon, tv, zanzariere alle finestre. In giardino, inoltre, vi sono il posto auto, lo spazio esterno attrezzato con doccia e lavatrice, solarium sul prato.

La villetta ha un ampio giardino a cui si accede da cancello per le auto, che possono essere parcheggiate all\`interno. Vi sono, poi, un salottino da esterni, il calcio balilla e una zona verde con prato e sdraio per rilassarsi all\`aperto.   
L\`ingresso è in cucina, attrezzata con angolo cottura in muratura, pale a soffitto e tv. Qui c\`è anche 1 divano letto matrimoniale. La zona notte è formata da due camere da letto, di cui 1 matrimoniale con ventilatore, e 1 camera doppia con letto a castello.   
L\`aria condizionata è nel disimpegno della zona notte. Completa la casa 1 bagno doccia. L\`area lavanderia è esterna, e comprende la lavatrice, la doccia esterna e un lavatoio.

Villetta Monica si trova lungo una stradina privata situata a Spiaggiabella, località residenziale lungo la litoranea di Lecce caratterizzata da spiagge lunghe e sabbiose, da alte dune coperte di vegetazione mediterranea e dal bacino del fiume Idume, che sfocia nelle acque dell\`Adriatico rendendole in alcuni tratti fresche e rigeneranti.  
La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi, in quanto si trova a soli 250 metri. La città di Lecce, capitale del Barocco, con il suo meraviglioso centro storico, le vie dello shopping e una grande varietà di attrazioni, si trova ad appena 13 km di distanza. Tra le località vicine dove in estate è possibile trovare tutti i principali servizi, c\`è anche Casalabate a soli 4 km di distanza.
