This hotel is comfortable and luxurious with attentive and friendly staff. It is also well situated in the center of Oporto. Oporto has many, many visitors. Going in the off-season should help avoid the crowds.

A week in Porto
The hotel was ideally placed to get to the ribeira and Gaia. The rooms are small but comfortable. Would recommend you bring a travel kettle as there isn't anything in the room. Breakfast was brilliant everyday. We felt safe on the boat as it had its own security. Would definitely recommend this boatel.

Unique decor, great location
Artfully decorated with a local story. River views and walking distance to everything you would want to see. Great little spot, good restaurant to visit and sit on the terrace too! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely Hotel
Just returned from weekend in Porto staying at Crown Plaza, throughly enjoyed our stay, staff are extremely helpful and lovely. We had dinner on two evenings excellent. We liked location as Hotel is out of the hustle/bustle but with easy access to centre or beach, the taxi and service buses outside Hotel. Porto is beautiful you won't be disappointed if you book this hotel.

Excellent choice for old city Porto
Outstanding location, outstanding service. This is a great little hotel for walking around the old city Porto with easy access to everything. Room was quiet, breakfast very good, staff very helpful.

The hotel is far from downtown tourism sites.
The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood near the mouth of the river. The hotel is new and modern, with a good restaurant just off the lobby. The hallways and doors are suggestive of a winery, the rooms are fairly small and the bathroom small as well. The shower is excellent, but don't try to have two persons in the BR at one time.
Beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet.
The highlight was the roof top bar, wonderful views and good appetizers and drinks.
