Went in bathroom barefoot, came out with my feet hlack from the dirty floors. Bathroom was gross. Mold growing in grout. Hair in shower. Broken faucets broken trash cans. Rude staff. Drug bags all over parking lot. Pool levels are way to high to the point of burning skin!! Limited clean laundry. Will NOT be going back

Had to pull out desk to hook cable to tv and everything was connected with filthy extension cords. One tiny trash can in the entire room for three people. Light on bed was broken and hanging. Tried calling front desk several times and it was always busy.

Worst staff. Hung up on my mom. I’m stuck driving a big rental truck and cannot go hands-free so she was trying to help me. Because the receptionist hung up on my mother and I had to sleep in my car. Worst staff ever.

I gave staff and service a 3 star. It would have been a five star but while I checked out my husband grabbed 2 very mini muffins from the dining area that was still open it was like 9:30am. As he was walking out 2 staff members told him he couldn’t leave the room with them. The problem I have is with that is a half hour before that I went down and made an entire plate of food and grabbed OJ and walked right past the same staff and up to my room. No one said a word to me. Why? Other than that stay was 5 start service.

Room was great. Clean and neat. The sofa bed was kind of hard but overall the room was good. The pool opened until 10pm so we took advantage. The breakfast was good they have hot portions as well: sausage and eggs also waffles and a toaster ( it will need to be replaced because one side works and ti takes for ever to toast). I have stayed here a few times so I do recommend it especially if you have kids. The staff always say hello and really nice especially the older man that helps with breakfast so sorry I didn’t get his name but he makes anyone morning with the nice greetings.

The hotel lobby was average, but the so called "king bed with hot tub" room was very nice. It was truly spacious, with a big TV, long desk, modern leather recliner, jetted tub, hidden mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The in-room jetted tub was a welcome addition and the area around it was tiled. There were lots of towels, but they were a bit scratchy. The king bed was bouncy and firm. The pillows were too puffy, like air was trapped in the covers. The free breakfast was very good. They offered waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, pastries, 3 kinds of juice, yogurt, and hot coffee and tea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There isn't much of a view out the windows, due to the location of the hotel. But it has a nice, clean indoor pool.

Drove in at 11:00pm after a super long drive. The parking lot was noisy with people talking loudly by one of their cars. The hallways were noisy with people opening and closing doors after midnight. A group of cops also showed up at the hotel while I was checking in. I went to check out early in the morning and the desk manager was fast asleep on the couch in the lobby. I am a woman who was traveling alone late at night, and I do not recommend this hotel as a pass-through sleeping spot.

The night manager was very unprofessional. We were travelling with a disabled adult who was in crisis and he asked us to leave at 10 pm because she was upset and making too much noise. When the police were called, they told him no law had been broken and we were permitted to stay the night. The night manager is heartless and needs training to understand disabled people

The room was clean. The hot tub had lots of build up around the top edge. Sausage and eggs were barely warm at breakfast
