Welcome to historic Millstream House! Beautifully positioned on 12 acres, this one-of-a-kind 1799 estate is reputed to have been designed by Thomas Jefferson. Enjoy an al fresco lunch or bonfire by the waterfalls, or fly-fishing and wading in the stocked spring-fed stream. Meander through woodland paths, manicured formal gardens, or tree-lined avenues. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor of the newly-restored 1803 mill, and is the only finished area. You would have the building to yourself! Cozy and luxurious interior furnishings reflect the bucolic tranquility of the outdoors. The two-hundred year-old manor house is located across the green from the Millhouse. The estate is conveniently located within 15 minutes to Hershey, 30 to Harrisburg and Lancaster, and less than 10 minutes from the turnpike. Stayed for a few days for a Hersheypark trip with the kids. Just 15 minutes from the park and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after some busy days. The kids loved the picnic tables, the covered bridge and waterfall. The house was spacious and bonus that they had a very comfortable pull out sofa bed (the most comfortable any of us had stayed on).
