We stayed here for our weekend trip to Hersheypark. Reasonably close and well worth the money for the family.Beautiful home, walk to restaurant, yet very private.

We really enjoyed our overall experience staying here for the weekend. The property and house are beautiful and proximity to Hershey Park and the PA Renn faire was amazing.

House was definitely large and had plenty of space for everyone. Community the house is in seemed very laid back and relaxed and having a restaurant with great food less than a 5 min walk away was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We’ve stayed in Gretna many years. This the first time in a cottage and it was great! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

This was a great VRBO! It was spacious and clean and worked perfectly for our group of 8.It is close to the PA Renaissance Faire (which was our reason for our trip) and easy to get to restaurants and grocery shopping. There was a lot of space for us all to spend time together and also spacious bedrooms for everyone.

Really enjoyed the close proximity to the nearby restaurant! The firehouse alarm did sound a couple of times during our stay, but we were prepared for that, so it was no big deal. The home suited our needs perfectly.

Family Visit to Hershey Park

We had a great time during our stay in Mount Gretna. Besides the Hershey Park fun we also enjoyed a self guided Covered Bridge tour, the Yuengling Factory tour and Ice Cream at the Ice Cream place in town....and the decks on the house were great...

Labor Day Getaway at the Hideaway

We stayed at the Hideaway for Labor Day weekend and it was a charming house! Perfect distance from the event we were in town for and very pleasant for the remaining days we were in Mt. Gretna!

This is our second year staying at this charming home. It is a gem. Incredibly clean. Communication with the owner couldn’t be better. She is so considerate. The owner called me on the day we were to drive down to explain about the heat wave and the extra efforts they took to make sure the temperature was comfortable. And she was right - when we arrived after a long drive the house was nice and cool despite the outside temperature. Reading a book on the deck was so relaxing. When the whole area lost electricity due to an unexpected storm, she had someone bringing over lanterns within 15 minutes of me texting her. Just great! Will be booking to stay again,
