Welcome to our waterfront home in Lebanon! Our home is located on Mascoma Lake and is 6 miles to Hanover. With a private dock, 2 kayaks, beach towels, umbrella, life jackets and beach blankets available to you, you can enjoy the quiet comfort of your own waterfront access, head out for shopping or to visit eateries.
Our home is lovingly maintained and decorated to provide you with a comfy home-away-from home experience. We have 6 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 12 guests. We provide many family amenities including a crib, baby bath, changing pad, children’s books toys, outlet covers, pack 'n play and board games. We also provide a clean, work friendly environment for rest or work located in a quiet setting with fast, reliable internet service.
We also have a fully stocked kitchen with spices, pots, pans, olive oil, dishes, silverware, salt & pepper, oven, stove, barbecue, barbecue utensils, baking sheets, Tupperware, serving platters, pitchers, crock pot, blender, measuring cups, cutting boards, casserole dishes, knife block, steamer pot.
Our home is situated on a lake with your own private access. In the winter, being on a private, dirt road, we suggest having a 4WD/AWD vehicle. For the summer months, we provide 2 kayaks for your use, as well as beach towels, beach blanket, umbrella and adult and children's life jackets. You can also access Mascoma Lake at the Shakoma Town Public Beach in Enfield which has a public swimming area and picnic tables. Local area restaurants include traditional chain-eateries, located in Lebanon, as well as local eateries including a wide variety of cuisine and pubs.

This property is really well located. The house and yard feel very private, and there is sun on the dock from morning to evening! It's on a quieter part of the lake, and we were able swim right off the dock, sun bathe on the dock, and also kayak along the lake (2 kayaks are available, 1 double and 1 single) and also kayak to the Bait and Hook restaurant! The Northern Rail trail is easily accessible and we could walk or bike or run to cute Lebanon and also Enfield. About 10 min walk down the trail there is a rope swing which the teenagers loved!The beds were a great sleep, very comfortable and seemed new. The house provided everything we needed -- lots of beach towels, party platters, cooler, big table for eating indoors and several tables for eating outdoors. Even though the outdoor temps were in the high 80s, the first floor of the house stays quite cool -- and the upstairs has many windows and fans that can be utilized for cross breezes. We found no need for A/C. Loved having washer/dryer. Very well-stocked kitchen in terms of dishes, cutlery, etc. We did not have young kids with us this time but it's a kid-friendly house with lots of kids books and toys and even toddler-proofed stove.Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.
