Offering the best of all worlds with year-round recreational opportunities, this beautiful golf course home boasts of easy access to such outdoor winter activities like cross country skiing on the course’s groomed trails which connect to the Lake Wenatchee State Park's trail system, or lace up some skates and go ice skating on the frozen pond in the community. Of course, you got to grab the golf bags and clubs and enjoy a round of 18 holes right out your back door during the warmer weather then come back to the house to grill up some steaks on the propane gas grill and sit around the fire table enjoying a glass of wine with friends. Don’t feel like cooking? Take a short walk down the road to the clubhouse to visit the delicious “Wildflour” restaurant. You will sit down to an amazing dining experience featuring chef-driven northwest, northern Italian influenced cuisine in a relaxed, intimate environment, they even offer live music so be sure to check the calendar. You can also hike or walk to the majestic Lake Wenatchee State Park on one of the convenient hiking trails from the community. The lake is crystal clear and offers relaxation on the beach, or the chance to kayak or paddle board (local rental company at the park) for a day of fun in the sun. There is a roped off area for the littles on the lake so bring their floaties, sand pails and shovels too. When you're in the mood for fun and festivities, Leavenworth is only 25 miles away and the quaint town of Plain is about 10 minutes down the road. If winter sports are your idea of fun, Stevens Pass is a short 30-minute drive away for downhill skiing or snowboarding. You'll likely spend much of your time on the sunny patio, which overlooks the well-maintained grassy course, taking a relaxing walk through the neighborhood, catching up on your reading, and enjoying the delicious meals you make on the gas grill. First property management charged us $50 for one extra person even property was advertised at a flat rate for 6 people (2 Quine beds and one king bed) and it was only 5 of us. Second it was very difficult to find the property because the house number next to the entrance door is not matching the house number on the garage. When you are driving by you can see only the wrong number which is on the garage and the correct number next to the entrance door is screen by the bush. Also, there were missing towels in one bedroom, so upon on arrival we had to do the laundry (towels were in the machine). The dining table is really tall and it is not comfortable to sit around it. The house is not as nice as it looks on the picture but it is spacious and clean. The upstairs loft does not have any privacy at all. House offers a lot of games which you can find in the garage and I wish that we would find them on our first day. It is a lot of fun especially if you are traveling with kids. Another thing that we do not like is that for a such steep price we did not feel like a valued guests. For example management depended that we will put all our bedding into the laundry machines. Overall it is a well located property but I think that guests should be treated differently and that it’s not worth the price. ##### Inna G. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Susan H. 24 avr. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Friends weekend It was a very relaxing weekend needed by all. We played ping pong and air hockey, the air hockey table needs some repair, the puck holders keep falling off and it doesn't keep score anymore but it was still fun. We were going to play corn hole but could not find the bags. We didn't go to play games we went to visit and relax. It's a very nice quiet neighbor hood and the house has everything you need. ##### Susan H. Skiing right from the backdoor. The house was clean and comfortable. King bed has a really good mattress. One cabinet door in the kitchen needs repair. Electric kettle would be a nice addition, but otherwise kitchen is well stocked. TV is AirPlay compatible - yay. The VRBO listing says there are two king beds, probably a typo - there is only one king bed, the other two bedrooms are queen beds, might want to correct that. We had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, there wasn’t anything we were lacking. All the amenities were fantastic.
