« I would’ve been helpful to know how many steps there were to get to the master bedroom, however until I booked it we didn’t realize that there were 3 flights of stairs! No TV in the master bedroom. It was very hard to get ahold of the host but once I called Evolve directly, he called me back. Won’t be renting here again. »

The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition.
