Location is key, being only a 4-minute walk to the train station, providing links into London Waterloo, London Bridge, Victoria and Clapham Junction. Local buses into Ashtead, Epsom, Dorking and surrounding towns are close by, and easy access to the M25\. Your stay here, is perfect for commuting into London for work, or needing a relaxed base for exploring Surrey. We are located close to the Surrey Hills- Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with many activities and places to visit including National Trusts, traditional pubs and stunning walks all year round. The Space The ground floor apartment is a bright and airy, modern space. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. You will find a basic stocked pantry- ideal for short- or long-term stays. The open dining/ living space is relaxing and drenched in sunlight throughout the day. The living room door opens out to the mini garden space, and parking. The bedroom has a King-size bed and ample storage with double wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub. Guest Access There is a lockbox located at the front door, for easy self-check in and check-out. If you have a car, the parking space is reserved for you during your stay.
