This property is conveniently located in the new Railyard Development that is within walking distance of Leadville Main Street where the life of Leadville resides. Walk to the local grocery store and step right onto the Mineral Belt Trail! Walk along these historic Sidewalks into the many restaurants, bars, local gift shops, and museums. The layout of this property was perfect. The kids could go to the basement where they had games, a tv and a hangout space, while the adults could be upstairs conversing in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We had so much fun hanging out on the front porch and watching the sun set. Big enough to allow kids to separate to basement living room and adults on main level to hang out. Would definitely stay again. Parking is the only hiccup with trailers. Well appointed, beautifully decorated and a great location. It’s an easy walk to town or even to the grocery store. You can skip the traffic of Harrison and easily get in and out of town if needed.
