The place was exactly as described online. The view of the mountains and valley from the porch were spectacular. The house was clean and the kitchen had all necessities. Beds were comfortable. The house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms so we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we could want and then some. It’s very peaceful with no close neighbors. And then…there’s the deck that looks out to Mount Massive!! What a sight off the deck or from the windows! Andrew and Tracy were great to help set everything up. All adults had their own bedrooms and the bunk bed room and downstairs family room provided plenty of space for the kids. The property is gorgeous and the location was perfect for us. A quick drive to the Safeway and downtown Leadville, as well as Turquoise Lake and plenty of hikes, made it very convenient. Renters should be aware that almost all of the bathrooms were Jack and Jill, so you will be sharing with the adjoining bedroom. This home is perfect for large groups with the king beds and kids bunk beds. It is clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and relaxing in the living room after a long day of skiing. The best part of this house is the breathtaking view, it is stunning!!! It was the perfect space for our little family reunion. Enough beds for everyone. Enough space at the table for everyone. Hot tub was lovely. Grill was very useful. Views from the deck are SPECTACULAR. We all had an amazing time. I would like the property manager to know that there is a problem with the oven. We tried to use the broiler and the house immediately filled with smoke. Not sure when it was last cleaned, but the coating on the sides and bottom created liquid in the bottom of oven causing the broiler to shut off and not be usable.
