The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. The houses are all on the older side and therefore have great character and can be a bit different.
