As you step into the inviting space, you'll find a roomy kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room with three comfortable couches, providing ample seating for the whole gang. Down the hall from the kitchen, you'll discover the newly renovated master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed and beautiful double doors leading to the backyard. The hallway also houses a convenient washer/dryer and a newly added half bathroom. Additionally, there is a bedroom off the spacious living room on the main floor, furnished with one queen bed and one single bed. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a newly remodeled 3/4 bathroom. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the other bedroom is perfect for the kids in the family, with five single beds. This home has room for approximately four cars to be parked in the driveway. In the winter, maintaining an open parking space can cost homeowners a significant amount of money and/or hours spent shoveling. Please take these things into consideration as you plan your trip, and be courteous to your local neighbors by trying to park in the allotted spaces or directly in front of the home you have rented. Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. Plenty of appliances, dishes, etc. it was in a nice neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. The property manager checked in , by email, several times while we were there to make sure we had all we needed. Leadville was an amazing community.
