This home is located on the corner of Lost Camp Trail and Buffalo Trail/Deep Snow Trail, allowing you easy access year-round (due to the roads being relatively flat). It's one of the few properties in the development with a yard, with the many attractions of the Black Hills waiting in every direction. Enjoy lofty ceilings, two living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a covered patio off the kitchen with a gas firepit and grill that you can use no matter the weather. On the lower level, you can walk out onto the patio to take a soothing soak in the hot tub. The garage is set up for entertaining as well. At night, take your pick of three bedrooms and a loft. The main floor features one bedroom and a full bath, the lower level has two bedrooms and a full bath, and the loft includes a sleeping space of its own. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa South Dakota LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The home is cared for well & is comfortable for large families. The area, at least when we stayed in May, was very quiet and private. There were a couple of constructive feedback items we have regarding cleanliness — 1) The garbage can in the garage had several alcohol containers left in it. Easy enough to dispose of before new guests arrive 2) There were beer cans strewn about the lawn next to the hot tub from previous guests. 3) The sponge used to clean the kitchen had black residue on it & was left on the counter. Easy enough to get a new one or rinse out the sponge for future use. We had several small children & my mother, who is a recovering alcoholic with us, & all the leftover alcohol-related items were off putting & distasteful.
