Located just a short drive from Terry Peak ski resort, this property offers both comfort and convenience. The main house features a large, open layout with plenty of space to gather, while the game room provides endless entertainment with shuffleboard, board games and more! Management company is available by text, email or phone. Located right next to the Terry Peak Ski Resort, Black Hills National Forest Trailheads, hiking nearby, and close to the Mickelson Trail. 10 minutes from the Historic City of Deadwood. Taxi Service available to and from the cabin. A perfect launching point for amazing Black Hills riding for bikers during the Sturgis Motocycle Rally and all Summer long! The home is located on a looping road allowing two points of entrance and exit unique to this area that greatly helps during times of heavy snow fall or with trailers. It has 5+ parking spots available in the driveway and street. There is a paved road until you get to Terry Peak and then the road turns to gravel/asphalt millings for .5 mile to the home. 4-wheel drive is necessary during the winter season. There are also taxi services that will bring you to and from Deadwood. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and is provided with a 360 degree deck with the best vies in the area! It has its own bathroom and closet as well as a king size bed. The mid-level room is a gaming room filled with all the best amenities. Shuffleboard, foosball, TV, and a unique arcade system built into an old barrel that the kids will sure love. The main level has one bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The Kitchen has plenty of room to sit down and gather during meals. The living room has a fireplace and a walk out to the mid-level deck. The bedroom on the main level is has a queen and direct access to the bathroom on that level. The bedroom also has a sliding door to access the deck. The basement level has a family room with TV and pull-out sofa. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on this level. The two bedrooms have each a queen and a full/twin bunk bed. The family room walks out to a patio with the hot- tub. The attached studio apartment has a bedroom with a king bed and a loft with two bunk beds (twin over full). It has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and TV. Please ask the host for more details in an inquiry. Taxi or LYFT. Trails down the hill can take you for an all-day hike or trail ride. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the hot tub while taking in the breathtaking mountain views. The home is more private than most in the neighborhood with ample parking and has the best sunset views there is to offer. The additional studio apartment provides extra privacy and space, ideal for guests who want a bit of independence during their stay. We got it for a family reunion for around 20 of us and it had enough space for everyone! It is kind of removed, but, if you don’t mind a 15-20 minute drive in to town, it is not a problem. The only suggestions I would make are, either getting the windows in the living room tinted or putting some kind of blinds on them. The sun can be intense in the early evening and heat the space up quite a bit. Also, if there were more seating in the living room in the way of a bigger couch and one more chair, that would be great. We had a large group of us, but, only comfortable seating for 3 or 4 people at a time in the living room. The bedrooms were comfortable, the deck space was great and the views cannot be beat! Plenty of room for all 17 of us to have our own space and still come together when needed. The main floor laundry was an added bounus. Loved the floor with the game room. And the view was absolutely breath taking. The kids loved the hot tub. Our ONLY complaint would be the steep very large rocky hill to get to the front door. We had 6 motorcycles and a SUV in our group All 6 riders were experienced. One of the evenings one of the motorcycles tipped over while going down the hill as large rocks whipped the handle bars out of the riders hands. Another motorcycle in our group was tipping over and caught themselves but the large rocks sprained an ankle. We would just like other motorcycle riders to he aware of the rocky hill. ##### Orlene V. This was a last minute booking for our party of 18 (10 adults, 8 kids (ranging from 8 months - 15 years old)) and we all absolutely loved this place! The views are breathtaking and did not disappoint. It was so nice to have so much space and be so comfortable while we were there. The kids loved the game room, hot tub, and having their own bed! The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, etc with the rental. We made breakfast and dinner almost everyday at the house. This is the perfect house for a large family/group. This is a brand new rental and I am so thankful we were able to rent this for our family vacation. The owner was wonderful and very responsive. The memories we made were priceless!
