Liberty Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out home at Terry Peak Ski Area, boasting a private hot tub, an expansive deck, custom log furniture, cozy fireplaces, and a game room with foosball, a game table, and a bar. It's a true value for skiers, families, and groups of friends traveling together. This lodge provides a truly memorable vacation for everyone in the family, young and old. Tired skiers can easily stop home for a break before returning to the slopes. Homebodies can catch a glimpse of the family skiers as they ride by the deck on the chairlift or the magic carpet. If someone has one too many falls, they can take the rest of the day off by relaxing in the comfort of the chalet rather than having to sit in a noisy ski lodge and wait for the others. Best of all, there's no loading and unloading the car just to repeat the process the next day. Inside, find a light-filled great room with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a window-lined dining nook, an additional family room with another fireplace and a big-screen TV, and a game room. There's even a sound system that runs throughout the house and onto the patio and wrap-around deck, so be sure to bring your favorite device and soundtrack. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Upon further inspection the house had flies in the basement window casing, bubblegum stuck to the bedpost in the basement bedroom. The bed was like a hammock. It was a bit difficult to regulate the heat also. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. The hand soap dispensers were all empty. Snow removal was absolutely terrible. There was thick ice on the steps up to the place, very deadly. No path at all from car parking area to house. Parking areas had not been plowed, and snow had ice under it so again, deadly. Dryer did not dry anything at all. Obviously needs maintenance. Maybe time to upgrade the sheets, blankets and bedspreads? Very expensive to have these kind of issues. ##### Ellen G. The house is exactly as pictured and great for a large family or group. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and had lots of space to play games, work on puzzles and just relax with loved ones. The kitchen is well-equipped with nearly everything we needed. The ski in/out stay was new to us, but worth the extra cost and very convenient so everyone can ski, rest or eat when they want. We didn't have to cut ski days short for the older kids when the little ones were worn out. No packing up the vehicle with every day with ski/snow gear. If you are arriving during the winter months, 4-wheel drive is strongly advised. We had trouble getting our minivan up the steep drive to the house as well as up the mountain to the ski area during a winter storm.
