Ft. Lodge W/ Slide, Fire-pit, and Hot Tub! Luxury and Amenities Galore! This home has been custom built and custom furnished and is located in the ideal location. Featuring 7 bedrooms and 9 total bathrooms, this home has over 5100 square feet with an additional 1000+ square feet in the heated garage. This unique and spacious lodge will be the perfect gathering place for your group to enjoy the Beautiful Black Hills. Enjoy the spacious great room, game room, huge media room, extra refrigerators, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor kids play area and garage gathering spaces! Luxury, Adventure, Family, Friends, are just a few of the things you will enjoy while staying at Reno Creek Lodge. This custom home will have everything you will need to connect with family and friends or use as business retreat. This 7-bedroom home will sleep 27 comfortably, and every bedroom was designed with its own custom touches and ensuite bathroom! Reno Creek Lodge is handicapped friendly with a zero-step entry, spacious layout, and large doorways. You will enter the Great Room, which is an enormous, vaulted area including the kitchen, dining and living room. The beautiful fireplace includes a hand-hewn mantle and integrated bench. There is a giant granite island and custom dining table, so that everyone in your whole group will be able to gather in one space. The kitchen has been carefully furnished to provide everything you will need to be able to cook together. The main floor also features three bedroom suites and a laundry room. The walk-out lower level of the home is over 3000 square feet including family room, media room, bar area, workout room, laundry, four additional bedroom suites and a half-bath. In the huge media room, there is an 85” television for your group to gather for movie night or the big game. We want ALL ages to enjoy Reno Creek, with a built-in kid’s area, and have provided a crib, play pen and high-chair. The oversized 3 stall garage is a perfect gathering/entertainment space. There is a huge restaurant-style refrigerator and a beautiful, custom bar table. We have provided basic tools, jacks and an air compressor. There is even a half bath within the garage and a charging outlet for an electric car! The upper deck is accessed from the Great Room and from the garage. There is a large dining table on the covered deck, and a counter height table on the extended deck off the garage. On the lower patio, there is ample seating around the gas fire-pit, and another counter height table near the large hot tub. On the top deck there is a large Napoleon grill and a Pit Boss cast iron griddle. Down on the lower-level patio, there is a bar area out by the fire-pit for all of your s'mores fixings and an additional Napoleon grill on this level in case you want to do some cooking by the fire. In front, use the patio area to play corn- hole or other provided games, and we have taken advantage of the area under the garage deck to provide a play area for the kids complete with swings and an amazing slide. Reno Creek Lodge is in the perfect location, being part of the popular Powder House Pass Development , yet in a private area that borders the beautiful forest. We are only 15 minutes from Deadwood, and you will have high-speed internet, cellular service, and easy parking—even in the winter months. This area is a favorite because of its beauty, its central location, and its easy access to ATV and Snowmobile Trails. We comfortably stayed for 3 nights. I especially loved that there was so much kitchen accessories. Most place you rent out, you are disappointed with the amount of kitchen cookware available to you, and this place had everything you needed. From cutting boards to forks and spoons. I also like that they seem to keep unfinished dried herbs and seasonings from other stays, which came in handy for us since we did a lot of cooking. We also left some of our unfinished seasonings and hope future stayers will be able to use. We even used the flat top for cooking breakfast and making burgers. Our teenagers kept busy with corn hole, foos ball and ended the evenings watching movies on the 84 inch tv. They also walked to the clubhouse multiple times to play pool and swim in the heated pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we had what we needed, but for the price ($6,000 for 4 nights), it should have been a bit better. Here's why: Little things, like the towel hook and the bathroom mirror were crooked and not well fastened, falling off of the wall. The carpet had not been vacuumed on arrival as there were no vacuum stripes (I vacuumed the entire basement one day and could see the difference immediately). There were no tissues anywhere (which I realize is a silly complaint, but we had to buy that, as well as paper towels). The bathroom towels did not smell clean and the kitchen towels and washcloths could use an upgrade. I only complain of these little things because of the price. I have nicer things in my own home and it's a fraction of the price of this home. The temperature of both levels was comfortable and we enjoyed the large basement space and lounge area. The garage was also a great space, accommodating our vehicles and the extra fridge in the garage was also appreciated. Overall, we would stay here again, but I would bring my own kitchen towels, papertowels, tissues, and maybe even my own bath towels. ##### C A. We had our family of 11 adults staying here and everyone agreed this was the best house we have ever stayed in. There is so much room and the 3 car heated garage is wonderful! Reviewer Comments: There are six of us with spouses and we are at a stage in life where we like to have our own bathrooms. This house had a bathroom for each of the bedrooms plus one in the garage that was so handy. Every thing you could want in a kitchen was there. We couldn't all fit around the table, but still had a great meal experience. Lots of outdoor chairs and could always find a shady spot to sit and visit. The spacious garage easily accommodated all our bikes, with plenty of room left over. The home's features were impressive, with every room offering comfort, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals after our long rides. The commercial fridge was a crucial addition, keeping everything cold and readily accessible. Plenty of space for our large party to enjoy themselves without it feeling crowded. Every bedroom had a bathroom attached, which is a huge plus for us. The hot tub was very nice. The one downside was that the pool was several blocks away. We were aware that it was a community pool, but I guess we were expecting it to be a little closer to the house. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed being there for a full week. The kids enjoyed the bedrooms and being able to hang out with cousins separate from the adults. It was really nice having your own bathroom and a comfortable bed. The large garage was nice to keep things organized and out of the way until needed. The kitchen was great and well-supplied. We made all our breakfasts and dinners in the house and loved the grills and flattop. It made feeding our group of 24 a lot easier and had room to seat everyone for the meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet nights. The community pool was great too. Always busy but the kids didn't mind. Each day we packed lunches and made our way to some of the tourist spots and trails. We went as far south as Sylvan Lake which was a bit of a hassle this year because of 385 being closed. It just took a little longer to get there. We also did a 19-mile stretch of the Mickleson bike trail with the entire family. We had to rent several bikes and trailers to haul the lunch and take the baby with us. The rental company and shuttle were very accommodating. We stoped at several places to have lunch and play in the water. We had some really good fishing at Sylvan and hiked the trails there and in Spearfish Canyon making new memories and replaying some old ones from when our kids were young twenty years ago. It was an awesome time to celebrate the blessings God has given us being married for 45 years and having a healthy loving family. Thank you for making this awesome place available and responding to questions and being so helpful! We loved the amount of space, the fire pit and the ability for the kids to play in the garage and outside. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom and the rooms were almost sound proof which worked great for the littles to go to bed earlier than the rest. GPS did not work well. Big disappointment was that the whole concrete out front was ice and very very slippery. No one fell but we all slipped. Thought the next day we would put ice melt but there was none on the property. So we used the garage to load people but couldn't walk out the front door to go explore as it was ice.House was so spacious there was room for everyone to be together or alone. We had a great time. Property management was very helpful and always took care of all our needs and questions. Thanks Much! We skied and the second day took in Deadwood.
