Please note that there is no air conditioning in the place, so if you are used to that luxury or going in the middle of the summer you might expect a little higher temperatures than normal. Outside of that the place is very nice and in a great quite part of the black hills. You are about an hour to 1.5 hours a way from anything that you would want to visit in the Black Hills. Outdoor area was a huge plus since it was shaded by the roof as the property doesn't have AC. The only real downside is small water heater.
