IMPORTANT: No Smokers as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes pipes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, etc Should this rule be violated we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and guests will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge. General Damages Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest. Fire Prevention and Safety Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers. Other The space you are booking is for 11 people. More than 11 people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed by the homeowner before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. We may leave consumables such as S’more supplies, coffee, and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
