This brand new 5,000 sq. ft. custom-built lodge is a 6-bedroom, 5 bathroom amazing property with one of the best views of Terry Peak and other surrounding hills in the area. Whether it's you and your friends visiting, a corporate retreat, or a family reunion, this custom-built property has been completely designed from the ground up to give you enough space to spread out and enjoy your Black Hills vacation! It's located in the very popular Powder House Pass development that's in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor with close proximity to ATV/Snowmobile trails, skiing at Terry Peak, minutes from Spearfish Canyon, 15 minutes into Deadwood, and an hour away from Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake and more! Plenty of room and the kids had so much to do in the house, they never wanted to leave. Hot tub, garage, driveway games you name it it was so fun! The first impression when we saw 2 coffee makeers told us the host knew this home is for large groups. We loved this home. Everything worked great and it was easy it get to the trails and into town. My one complaint would be that it seemed like the hot water shut off on the one side of the house around 10pm. My family and friends had a great spring break vacation in this home! We had all the room we needed and more. Location was perfect for snowmobiling and skiing. Cab ride to Deadwood was super handy.
