This brand new 5,000 sq. ft. custom-built lodge is a 6-bedroom, 5 bathroom amazing property with one of the best views of Terry Peak and other surrounding hills in the area. Whether it's you and your friends visiting, a corporate retreat, or a family reunion, this custom-built property has been completely designed from the ground up to give you enough space to spread out and enjoy your Black Hills vacation! It's located in the very popular Powder House Pass development that's in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor with close proximity to ATV/Snowmobile trails, skiing at Terry Peak, minutes from Spearfish Canyon, 15 minutes into Deadwood, and an hour away from Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake and more! The entertaining space was perfect with incredible views! We spent two days skiing at Terry Peak which was only 8min away. The house was beautiful, kitchen was generously stocked with all you need for cooking, the heated garage was great for a bags tournament and the spa was large and easy to manage! Wonderful property despite the concrete being laid while on vacation!!! Dryer had some issues with the venting and it kept having an error during the drying process.
