### Condo in the Hills #2

Cozy condo in the Northern Black Hills with all the luxuries you'll want. This property is near the most beautiful places in South Dakota - Spearfish Canyon, Sturgis, Deadwood, waterfalls, lakes, gambling, hunting, ATV riding, snowmobiling, skiing and endless outdoor adventures! Enjoy the cozy, clean, and rustic décor in our fully furnished condo. Traveling with a larger group? Contact us for availability at our condo next door as well!  
  
BEDROOM 1: Includes a queen bed and large walk-in closet with another roll away twin bed. It is situated right off the living room and accessible to the full bathroom. Includes a TV.  
  
BEDROOM 2: Includes a queen bed and large walk-in closet with another roll away twin bed. Situated right off the living room on the opposite side of the condo as the other bedroom. Includes a TV.  
  
LIVING ROOM: Spacious sitting area with a full size couch and oversized chair Open concept to the kitchen and sitting area. There is a television with high speed internet where you can have access to all your favorite streaming services.  
  
KITCHEN + DINING: Fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and coffee bar with Keurig, creamer, and sugar.  
  
FULL BATHROOM: One bathroom in the condo and all amenities re included - soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.  
  
LAUNDRY: There is a shared washer and dryer located on the second floor. It is coin operated. Complementary laundry soap is located in the closet of the condo.  
  
PATIO: There is a shared patio area just down the hall. From here you can enjoy the gorgeous views of the hills, sunsets, and even deer and wildlife at times.  
  
PARKING: There is only one designated spot for parking. However, if you need additional parking there is a larger parking lot up the hill behind the condo. It can be difficult to access with a trailer. There is a local grocery store that allows guests to park trailers or larger vehicles as well just 2 blocks down the road.

Early or Late Check-in?  
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the little time we have between guests to clean and prepare the home. Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you.  
We do not allow late check-out as our cleaners again need ample time to prepare for the next guests.  
  
The condo comes with one dedicated parking space and additional parking options nearby.  
  
Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE on covered deck where patio table/chairs are available for use.  
Coin operated laundry available down the hall - complementary laundry soap in condo.  
Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am  
Throw garbage in outside dumpster before leaving  
Wash all dishes and put away  
Pull off used sheets from beds and put on bathroom floor with used towels  
No smoking inside condo  
Park only in designated spot

Very clean and comfortable condo for our once in a lifetime guy trip to the 85th Sturgis Rally. We rode our bikes out from Indiana and were planning on 3 days to get there but after the 1st day realized we could make it on day 2 so I contacted our host and we actually got in a day early which was huge for this time of year. Everyone we met that was staying there was so friendly and nice it was definitely the trip of a lifetime and just to the overall culture of the facility.

My husband and I unfortunately were caught up in the Delta flight cancellations and did not make the trip. Our daughter and granddaughter DID make their flight and had a wonderful time. Our host was great! The condo was in the perfect location for all the places they wanted to go. Hopefully we will be able to go back next year and will book this location again!

This place worked well for our family of 6. They had a pack-n-play available for our infant and the extra bed in the closet of the 2nd bedroom worked well with the other three. The kitchen had all the right utensils and everything we clean. The only suggestion would be to add a shovel to the closet for those unexpected snow storms! :)
