Come and enjoy a stay for 6 in this house in Pouliguen to relax and get a change of scenery! Recently built, fully equipped, and simple, it offers a soothing atmosphere, ideal for a sweet stay. Its green space and its large terrace invite you to share good meals or to enjoy a sun bath.   
  
Its large windows make the main room a pleasant place. You will love to prepare good grilled meats in the well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle), then enjoy them on the dining room table while enjoying the view of the garden. Finally, you will find a cozy living room, ideal for relaxing in front of the television or enjoying the pellet stove.   
  
Once night falls, you can rest in one of the three bedrooms in the house. The first is on the ground floor and has a double bed. The other two are upstairs and also have a double bed and a desk. Both with sloping ceilings, with a dominant of wood, they are cozy cocoons, ideal for a good night's sleep.   
  
For more convenience, you will find a shower room on the ground floor and another upstairs, as well as two independent toilets, a hairdryer, a washer-dryer, a barbecue, and two parking spaces.
