DISSATISFACTION WITH HOTELS.COM
I was VERY IRRITATED to find that my bill (booked on hotels.com did NOT CORRESPOND with what I had to pay. I was charged for parking (new since last year) and taxe de séjour. I also want to be refunded by hotels.com for the 2 breakfasts I did not have but which had been already (I found) paid for. I am NOT HAPPY with hotels.com and next time I will go directly to the hotel.

Apathy rules.
From blood stained bedsheets on day 1 to broken shower heads and no blankets on bed, this hotel needs someone to take charge and organise things. Poorly managed and despite numerous requests for the above to be sorted, it never was.

For the price and location it is not bad. Driving into Paris is easy and about 35 minutes. There is underground parking for only 5 Euros per night. The street is very noisy, so I would request a room on the back side of the hotel.

Pros -The room was big & equipped with microwave. Service of counter staff was excellent & friendly. Value for money Cons- all french tv channels & breakfast so so Middle of nowhere. Late check in at 3 pm

Only had 2 pillows for 4 guests. Hotel staff said they didn't have enough for everyone. Only given 2 towells for 4 people. Had to ask the staff 4 times before i was given 2 more towells. Breakfast very expensive and not nice.

1/Receptionists unprofessionals with little knowledge except Mrs Abry 2/Dirty carpets with stains all over the place 3/I ve never been whole my life in a hotel room where there have been no where either in the room or inside cupboards to hang on clothes 4/wi-fi was poor or absent in good number of areas such as corridors,etc... 5/difficult to get taxi in the area and uber is not available around the hotel
