### La Girouette - LE Plantay

In the heart of the countryside, on a semi-detached property, the Gîte La Girouette (70 m²) on 2 levels and close to the owner's house. Access to the gîte is from the shared courtyard, then the main entrance opens onto a living room including a BZ for one person. In continuity, a kitchen open to the dining area and direct access to the gîte's private terrace and its garden. A shower room and a separate toilet. From the living room, access to the bedrooms is via a beautiful wooden staircase. You have a choice of two attic bedrooms, one with a double bed (140/190) and one with 2 single beds (80 x 200) which can be joined together as needed. with storage. Each bedroom is equipped with skylights. Underfloor heating (heat pump). Enclosed courtyard with parking. Terrace, garden furniture, large enclosed grounds shared with the owner. This cottage is ideally located for exploring the Dombes region and its 1,000 ponds. The Bird Park, 3 km away, located in Villars-les-Dombes, will transport you to new horizons.
