The market town of Marin is 8 minutes away. The villa Lazy Days is an architect's villa, in courbaril wood, in Creole style, with a magical view of Les Mornes and the Baie du Marin. It is tastefully decorated with teak furniture mainly from Bali. Total area of 200 m2, including the terrace of 60 m2. Large living room of 50 m2, open onto the terrace and the infinity pool. 3 Bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds, air-conditioned and mosquito nets. Pergola with 4 deckchairs. On the terrace, facing the swimming pool, savor the splendid view, from breakfast in the morning, around a pretty Moroccan table in zellige and wrought iron, which can seat up to 8 guests. In the evening, barbecue and ti punch facing the sunset. Very quiet, not overlooked, in a green environment, where the neighbors are both discreet and vigilant, for a pleasant and safe stay. The infinity pool is equipped with a long bench step to enjoy the superb view while cooling off. On the ground floor: American fitted kitchen: American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and electric hob, microwave, wine library, original Nespresso and virto, rice cooker, filter coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, blender ... Laundry room with washing machine, 2 clothes lines, iron and ironing board. Bar, TV with DVD player, DVDs, stereo with CDs, board games, and lounges to taste ti punchs and other Creole specialties. 1st bedroom, air-conditioned, overlooking the terrace, 160x200 canopy bed and mosquito net, with its private bathroom (WC and walk-in shower). 2nd bedroom, air-conditioned, 160 x 200 bed, with square mosquito net, mounted on bamboo. 2nd bathroom, with Italian shower. Separate WC. Upstairs: 3rd bedroom also air conditioned, 160 x 200 bed, with square hanging mosquito net. Mezzanine, not air conditioned, fan, with 2 single beds 90 x 190 for children. Corner office. La villa se merite: la.route pour y parvenir est un peu cahotique mais une fois la bas.... Un quartier authentique, une maison creole qui l'est tout autant, une jardin parfait, depaysant au possible que lezards colibris et autres oiseaux se partagent. Et cette vue... à couper le souffle, jen rêverais longtemps. Très bel endroit parfaitement equipé. Petit bemol pour la qualité des oreillers qui pourraient êtres meilleurs mais ca n'a absolument pas gâché notre plaisir. La maison est grande, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande pièce de vie donnant sur la terrasse et la piscine, et la belle vue dégagée et sans vis-à-vis. A noter que la localisation est de ce fait sur les hauteurs d un morne nécessitant un accès en voiture sur une petite portion de route un peu cabossée mais on s y fait très vite! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort des trois (3) chambres climatisées, la tranquilité de l'endroit, la magnifique Piscine a débordement ainsi que la vue sur les Mornes environnents, lors de nos apéros et petits déjeuners. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst – es gibt sogar eine Nespresso Maschine. Wir haben nach einer angenehmen und ruhigen Unterkunft gesucht und haben genau das gefunden. Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Landschaft – von der Terrasse und auch vom wirklich großen Poll aus. Alles war perfekt, sogar der Ti Punch stand bereit. Obwohl wir (durch verschiedene Verzögerungen im Reiseverlauf) mit einiger Verspätung anreisten wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Située légèrement en hauteur la villa est aérée naturellement, on peut s' y reposer au soleil ou à l'ombre selon son goût. On a beaucoup aimé le style de cette maison sans aucun vis-à-vis , complètement ouverte vers l'extérieur , la déco très sympa , la vue magnifique . On a aussi aimé les bons tuyaux d'Odile la proprio :) : ses bons petits restos ou ses petits coins un peu " off the beaten tracks" ! On a aimé ces vacances tranquilles , au calme , et pourtant à quelques minutes en voiture des commerces du Marin. On a tellement aimé qu'on aimerait bien y retourner :)) . ##### François B. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Marianne d., Mondorf-les-Bains Apr 19, 2018 #### Un vrai paradis sur une belle île Nous avons pu séjourner pendant 12 jours, du 15/03 – 6/04/2018 à la Villa Lazy Days. Tout y est parfait : - l’emplacement de la villa, elle se trouve dans un coin tranquille, où on peut jouir des chants d’oiseaux et c’est un bon point de départ pour toutes les belles plages de l’Atlantique et de la mer Caraïbe. – l’aménagement de la maison est très bien conçu. C’est une maison très bien aérée on y trouve l’ombre pour se rafraichir et comme dans les chambres à coucher il y la climatisation on ne souffre pas du tout de la chaleur. En plus il y la fameuse piscine pour se rafraichir. Nous en avons bien profité. Une cuisine bien équipée qui invite à préparer de bons repas. Odile est une propriétaire très aimable, elle nous a donné beaucoup de conseils utiles. Nous aimerions y retourner pour une visite prochaine de la Martinique. Je recommande cet objet à toutes les personnes qui aiment savourer les belles choses de la vie ! ##### Marianne d. Villa créole ouverte sur une terrasse et une piscine avec en toile de fond un vallon luxuriant et au loin , la pointe du Marin. Notre séjour était vraiment super et nous le devons a Odile et Yannick. Un emplacement a 5mn en voiture de la mer et des commerces, tout en étant dans un endroit calme sans passage Pas de vis à vis, une vue a couper le souffle, une décoration soignée et faite avec goût, une literie de qualité .. La maison est très bien entretenue et équipée, le wifi fonctionne très bien, et la piscine est superbe !Je n'y trouve pas le moindre point négatif. Encore Merci, nous reviendrons ;) ##### Romane T. Aug 18, 2017 #### La perfection existe Cette villa est une pette merveille sur terre pour laquelle il serait dommage de passer à coté. Sur les hauteurs du Marin, vous trouverez une jolie villa avec une splendide vue plongeante sur la mer. De la piscine nous admirions tous les soirs les couchés de soleil dans une eau à 29 degrés. Le séjour composé d'une cuisine ouverte et d'une salle à manger/salon donne un aspect convivial. La maison n'a manqué de rien. Elle était propre à notre arrivée. La piscine aussi. La décoration (de très bon goût) vous permet de vous sentir chez vous. Les chambres ont elles aussi été pensées de façon à ce que le séjour soit plus qu'agréable (Climatisation, jolie moustiquaire, literie de qualité etc...). Il n'y avait pas de bruits extérieurs. Comment ne pas mentionner le panier d'accueil qui lancera votre séjour à la perfection. Une attention peut être anodine mais chaleureuse et que nous ne trouvons pas partout. A noter aussi la très grande réactivité d'Odile et Yannick qui sont bel et bien aux petits soins avec leurs convives malgré la distance. Il faut aussi souligner que la maison nous a parut bien plus grande que ce que les photos laissait pensé. Vous trouverez aussi toute la documentation pour découvrir l'île, les bonnes adresses et profiter du séjour. Un grand "Merci" aux propriétaires suffira pour conclure ce message tant nous avons été satisfait par la prestation ##### vincent b.
