Unit Layout  
You will be staying in the "Villa Jeamic", a 4-room house that spans 120 square meters across two levels, with an east-facing position. The spacious and comfortable living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, which is only for decorative purposes, and a flat-screen TV. The living/dining room provides access to the east-facing terrace. The compact kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, and it opens to the west-facing terrace. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, accessed by an open staircase, you'll find three bedrooms: one with two single beds (80 cm, 190 cm length), one with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, 190 cm length), and one with a French bed (140 cm, 190 cm length). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the upper level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort during your vacation. You'll have access to a washing machine for laundry needs, as well as an iron and hair dryer. The property offers free WiFi internet access throughout. Parking is available for up to two cars on the premises. The villa is non-smoking, and a maximum of one small pet or dog is allowed. Please note that the property is not suitable for small children.  
  
Other Information  
The villa boasts a 40-square-meter garden with an east-facing position, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Terrace furniture is provided, allowing you to relax and take in the beautiful countryside views. The TV is available, but it only has French channels.
