Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 28 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a large cabin, a bathroom and a terrace. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A living room of 28 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs, dining area and cabin area with a pull-out bed (1 single bed or 1 double bed when open). \- An open kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine... \- Room 1 : a double bed (140x190). \- Bedroom 2 : two single beds. \- A bathroom with bathtub. \- Separate toilet. Outside : \- A terrace of 18 m² facing South-East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Common space in the residence : \- A swimming pool (not heated), open from May 15 to October 15 from 9am to 8pm, secured by barriers.
