A notre arrivée le sol n'était pas propre et présence de cheveux dans les tiroirs de la salle de bain et gros paquets de poussière dans les recoins. Il ne faut pas être gros et grand pour les wc.(porte ouverte si on fait 1.90),dommage four d'appoint trop petit et le freezeur trop petit permettant de metre juste qq glaçons et une boitte de de glace. Bien faire attention a vider régulièrement l'eau de la clim sinon elle coule à l'intérieur sur la télévision. Le souffle de la clim est tres mal orienté puisque l'air chaud va droit sur vous si vous mangez sur le balcon. Pour la soit distante plancha, à revoir c'est juste un appareil a raclette pour deux avec une pierrade dessus. Pour la vue sur la mer il faut bien se pencher, regarder sur la gauche et effectivement vous verrez une petite partie de la plage. Pour le reste conforme, très bien situé, commerces et plage à proximité, parking privé et si vous venez juste vous dorer sur la plage et profiter des commerces et des bars du Lavandou tout peut être fait à pied. Je vais au Lavandou depuis que je suis né et n'étant pas venu depuis trois ans, je n'ai pas reconnu ce village. Une seule animation en15 jours sinon on se fait bien" c...." le soir, On se demande si on est pas les vaches à lait de cette commune vu le prix de la taxe de séjours. Il y a une estrade existante près du port mais personne dessus. Pour vous divertir au Lavandou le soir c'est glacier avec des soi-disant fait maison : gaufre glace ect, bar et restaurants.
