This bright apartment for 4 guests sits right in the centre, where “going out” basically means “stepping downstairs”. Beach, harbour, market – your timetable is now ruled by flip-flops, not traffic lights.

On the second floor of a modern, secure building, this cosy place is all about easy living. The main room brings everyone together: fully equipped open kitchen with long wooden counter, perfect for lazy breakfasts or quick tapas, and a comfy living area with sofa bed for two.  
A wide sliding window opens onto the south-facing balcony, turning it into your outdoor lounge from morning coffee to late-night chat.  
The bedroom is calm and snug, with a proper double bed and storage to keep suitcases out of sight. The bathroom has a sleek walk-in shower, modern basin and toilet, with a clean, contemporary feel that makes getting ready almost enjoyable.

The flat is set in a secure residence right in Le Lavandou’s town centre. Step outside and you’re already in the action: bakery, boutiques, cafés, colourful market… all just a short stroll away. The seafront and the harbour are only a few minutes on foot, while inside the building you enjoy a peaceful, reassuring base for your stay.

Your days fall into a very simple routine: wander down to the main sandy beach for a swim in clear water, follow the promenade to pick a restaurant or an ice cream, then drift through the lively streets and markets on the way back. Water sports for the energetic, café terraces for the others, and evenings spent between harbour lights and seaside events… before heading back up to your balcony, above the buzz but never far from it.
