Il se situe au 1er étage et se compose d'une entrée ; d'un coin nuit comprenant deux lits superposés en 90 cm ; d'un séjour avec téléviseur et clic clac double en 140 cm (pour un couchage d'appoint) ; d'une cuisine comprenant un réfrigérateur, four et micro-ondes ; d'une salle d'eau avec cabine de douche, toilette indépendant ; d'une chambre avec couchage double en 160 cm et petit balcon attenant. Le séjour donne sur une terrasse vue mer et jardins. Ce deux pièces dispose d'un parking privé.
