"Quartz" is a beautiful 85m² apartment for 6 people with a south-facing aspect. It is located in Grand-Bornand Village, in the Clos du Pin area. Apartment location: - 1200 m from the center of Grand-Bornand Village - 750 m from the downhill ski slopes - 650 m from the cross-country ski trails - 250 m from the free shuttle stop. Pets are not allowed. Outdoor parking (2 spaces). Cleaning is included. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided. You will be contacted by the local agency regarding payment of the mandatory tourist tax. Kitchen: Separate kitchen. Kitchen equipment: Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fondue set, raclette grill, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Living room: Sofa(s). Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom/shower room. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140cm). Bedroom 3: Cabin bedroom, 1 double bed. Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with 1 bathtub, 2 bathrooms with 1 shower, at least 1 shower, at least 1 bathtub. Toilets: 2 toilets in bathrooms. Location: Le Grand-Bornand Village
