"Plenty of space for small or large groups with lots of beds. Nice fenced in yard with a grill and 2 different seating areas as well as 2 porches. Is a quiet place to relax."

"Good communication and smooth check in. Everything you need. Kitchen well stocked. Only tip for other guests is the mini split that cools the home struggled to get the bedrooms cool. We did stay in July so it was certainly hot outside. Plan ahead by turning unit temp down and fan on high earlier in the day and you should be good for bed time. Will be back for future family visits!"

"We loved this cabin. The driveway is steep so do recommend SUV or truck. Or maybe all-wheel drive car. Kiddo loved the zip line, outdoor shower & hot tub. The view was so pretty. We loved the “extras”: DVD collection, all kinds of games (indoor & outdoor), binoculars, washer & dryer (bring detergent), TV in each room, bug spray, robes in each room, extra kitchen “stuff” like Keurig, French press, coffee, crockpot, can opener, toaster, etc. Also appreciated info about the town (20 min drive), restaurants, Robbers Cave & historical info. Recommend early morning on the deck watching the hummingbirds. Our Frenchies loved being able to roam free. But if your doggies like to sniff out/run after wildlife, keep them on a leash as there is plenty of opportunity to do that. We didn’t see any ticks or even flies but use bug spray to go in the wooded area to the pond. Recommend shopping for groceries before getting to cabin & bring box or something to store snacks. Cabin was super clean & beds were comfy."

"You couldn't ask for a better stay. We booked the Double Queens suite; Old world charm, secretly set in the lush green of southeastern Oklahoma. Michael, the owner, is a fantastic host & deservedly proud of this gem he has polished from days long gone by. Highly recommend 👌"

"We really enjoyed our stay; the check-in process was very easy. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view from this property was gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area. Thank you!"

"This cute cabin was what I needed to unplug and relax. I got to enjoy the jacuzzi and just relax in privacy. I wasn’t too far from town and was able to make a quick drive if I needed anything."

"Loved our stay at Deer Cabin...Location was perfect and quiet...Bathroom door did not close properly and the fabric softner scent w as overwhelming with perfume on all the linens and towels...This was a big turn off because of our sensitive skin and alergies but can be easily fixed with a change in detergent such as All laundry detergent w/0 dyes and perfumes...The back porch furniture was not comfy nor was the couch in the living room to watch tv...The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking was a breeze...The view of the mountains and the peaceful setting were strong selling points...The king bed was very comfy and we loved the porch covers both front and back...Overall this was a good stay but a bit pricey for what we got...We will add this to our list of stay here options..."
