### La Cherry 822 - Climatisation, superbe vue mer

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned studio apartment with sea views for rent in Diamant, approximately 1 km from the beach and with a shared swimming pool. It has a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), the accommodation consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you! Need more space? It is possible to rent La Cherry 821 at the same time, which can accommodate 2 guests.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 20 m² south-facing living room: with a TV, a queen-size bed (160×200) and a dining area, open to the outside  
\- A 5 m² kitchenette on the terrace, equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more.  
\- A bathroom with shower and toilet.  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, fan, ironing board, and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A swimming pool (unheated and shared) open all year round (except for two weeks in September)  
\- A 5 m² terrace, facing south and connected to the terrace of La Cherry 821  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Le Diamant, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's parking lot.  
  
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Nearest airport: Martinique Aimé Césaire, about 21 km away
