Tres bonne situation près des commerces et dans une rue très calme. Aucun bruit la nuit , on y dort comme un bébé. Jardin fleuri, bien muré, avec suffisamment d'espace pour le toutou. Plage à 400m. Nous avons adoré la région, le Croisic, son port, sa côte, la proximité avec Guérande, la Baule. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine.
