Property Summary:  
This beautiful single-family vacation rental, called "La Grève bleue," is a two-story house built in 2021\. It provides a well-kept garden with a lawn and wildlife area, as well as parking for two cars and a single garage on the premises. The property offers Internet WiFi and a yard for your enjoyment.  
  
Outdoors:  
The vacation rental is situated in the hamlet of Lochrist, France, just 2 km from the center of Le Conquet. It is located in a residential, traffic-calmed area and is only 800 meters from the sea and the beach. The property boasts a well-maintained 1,300 square meter garden with a lawn and wildlife garden, providing ample outdoor space for relaxation.  
  
Other Information:  
Nearby amenities include shops, grocery stores, a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and a bakery within 2-4 km of the property. Recreational facilities such as a sports harbor, an 18-hole golf course, and tennis courts are also easily accessible within a short distance.

The vacation rental is conveniently located near several local attractions, including Pointe Saint-Mathieu (2 km), Fort de Bertheaume (5 km), Plage des Blancs Sablons (6 km), and Brest's Oceanopolis (30 km). The property is a 5-room house suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. It has a spacious and bright interior, fully renovated in 2021 with comfortable and modern furnishings. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a digital TV with a flat-screen. It has an exit leading to the garden and terrace. One room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island with a dining table. There is also a shower/WC on the main level. The upper floor consists of one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), another room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), and a children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Additionally, there is a shower and a separate WC on this level. The property features a small balcony of 4 m2 with south and west-facing positions, as well as a terrace of 16 m2, also facing south and west.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It includes a washing machine, baby cot, and a baby changing unit. Outdoor amenities consist of terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a portable barbecue, and 2 deck chairs. Additionally, the property provides internet access with free WiFi.
