### Villa Île Heureuse - Maison 6p Château d'Oléron

In the commune of Le Château-d'Oléron, we offer this charming 150 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optics), we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: two single beds  
\- Bathroom with shower and bath  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Two beautiful verandas to enjoy a sunny meal  
\- Two separate WCS  
  
Outside :  
\- A 25m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather  
\- A second 15 m² terrace at the rear of the house  
\- A lovely 1,000 m² garden, enclosed and private  
  
The house is ideally located in Le Château-d'Oléron, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.  
  
Activities :  
\- Marais aux oiseaux 5 minutes' drive away   
\- Verbois beach 10 minutes' drive away  
\- Visit the fortified castle, its beaches and its market 10 minutes by car   
\- Visit Saint Trojan, its village, forest and beaches 15 minutes away by car  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Bus stop near the accommodation  
\- Nearest train station: Rochefort 38 km away (about 40 minutes by car)  
A car is required to fully enjoy the house.
