### Renovated countryside cottage with pets allowed

Country house fully restored in 2016, adjoining another cottage.  
Ground floor: living room (TV) with kitchenette, lounge (TV, fireplace, sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm) with en-suite shower room and private toilet, shower room, toilet, laundry room.  
Upstairs (accessed via the living room): 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room, toilet. Upstairs (accessed via the living room): mezzanine (double sofa bed, TV), 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with en-suite shower room and private toilet.  
Electric heating included up to 40 kWh per day. Sheets and linens provided. Unfenced grounds with an unfenced pond. Stables and grassy areas on site. Shuffleboard, bowling, and pétanque games. NO ADAPTED SOCKET BUT +20€ / charging per electric vehicle / weekend and 40€ / week The countryside around the cottage alternates between pasture and forest. Private woods extend the Ecouves national forest. It is common to observe large wildlife there. Jean-Pierre wanted to make the Monnerie farm a welcoming home for reunions and family stays. He retained the old-world charm for the exteriors and preferred a very contemporary vision for the interior. Ideal for welcoming your tribe in need of oxygen, chlorophyll and calm, this cottage offers numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation. POSSIBILITY TO RENT BOTH GITES AT A REDUCED RATE (total discount of €200 for weekly rentals and €150 for weekend rentals)
