### Beautiful stone house for 6, swimming pool, Périgord

Summary:  
This charming stone house, nestled in a secret corner of Perigord Noir with its view of the forest and the countryside, is ideally located for exploring the Dordogne valley with its castles, bastides and beaches, as well as the Vézère valley, land of prehistoric caves.  
  
With a large enclosed garden and a large heated and private swimming pool, a slatted terrace, sun loungers and parasols, and a pétanque court.  
  
The Space:  
This charming stone house, nestled in a secret corner of the Périgord Noir with its view of the forest and the countryside, is ideally located for exploring the Dordogne valley with its castles, bastides and beaches, as well as the Vézère valley, land of prehistoric caves.  
  
It benefits from a large enclosed garden as well as a large heated and private swimming pool in an adjoining enclosure, with a slatted terrace, sun loungers and parasols, and a pétanque court.  
  
On the ground floor a large air-conditioned living room with  
\- a fully equipped open kitchen (hob, fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, classic coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) - a dining area - a lounge area with wood stove and stereo - a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed with access to a beautifully restored old bread oven - a bathroom - a separate toilet - a large covered terrace facing south with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and a fridge-freezer   
On the first floor:  
\- a mezzanine with lounge area, equipped with a large TV and a DVD player  
\- a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed  
\- a bedroom with 2 80x200 beds  
\- a bathroom water with WC  
  
This haven of peace is carefully decorated with furniture, paintings and old objects and there is a cozy and warm atmosphere  
  
The house is located 3 km from the village of Buisson de Cadouin with all shops , its weekly market on Friday mornings, its cinema and its SNCF station.  
Bergerac airport is 30 km away.   
  
Activities:  
\- visit to Cadouin Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage site (3 km)  
\- swimming on the banks of the Dordogne, rental and descent by canoe/kayak (3 km)   
\- horseback riding along the water's edge (2 km)  
  
Le Buisson de Cadouin is the ideal starting point for visiting the Périgord Noir:  
\- the Dordogne valley with its castles and hanging gardens like La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Marqueyssac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle or even Les Milandes - the Vézère valley with its caves and prehistoric museums, notably Les Eyzies de Tayac and Lascaux - the “most beautiful villages in France” such as Limeuil or Belvès  
\-the bastides like Monpazier, Beaumont en Périgord or Molières  
\-the towns of Sarlat-la-Canéda, Périgueux or Bergerac  
  
Important notes:  
  
You will find upon your arrival the minimum necessary before leaving on vacation, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges.  
Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included.  
Bed and bathroom linen is not included in the price, as our customers usually prefer to save this cost. However, we offer an optional complete set of bed and bath linen for €23 per person per stay.   
It can be ordered and paid after booking.  
  
A mandatory package of "interim cleaning"" is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants.   
However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it when they arrived (clean kitchen and bathroom, refrigerator and washing machine). -dishes emptied, no visible dirt, trash removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of €35/hour The tenant. will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by SMS or by email, with photo(s) and/or video(s) We also offer our tenants who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, a package ". "complete cleaning"" which will be billed at €30/hour. Please refer to the ad description to find out the price of complete cleaning, or contact us directly. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional €120.
