### Charming Cottage with Pool Near Dreux and Chartres - Sleeps 4

Housed in a farmhouse in the heart of the village of Boullay-Thierry, the Maison de Cécile is a pretty independent building, completely renovated, whose neat decoration is particularly warm.   
In season, it offers a shared swimming pool where you can cool off.   
  
Ideally located at the crossroads of the sites of Maintenon, Chartres and Deux.   
Discover the castle of Maintenon 18 kilometers away or the royal estate of Dreux 20 kilometers away.   
Only 25 km from Chartres, famous for its cathedral listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you can stroll through the streets of this city of art and history, visit its museums and enjoy its many restaurants.   
  
This house for 4, with a surface area of 65 m² also offers the advantage of being on one level. It includes an entrance hall, a kitchen living room dining room of 25 m² with fireplace, TV, sofa bed. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed can accommodate a baby bed on request and the second bedroom has 2 90 cm beds. In the bathroom is the washing machine and the toilet is separate. Sheets are provided.  
The 300 m2 courtyard is closed and you have access to parking, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and bicycles.  
  
Details about the swimming pool: heated, secure, open from April to the end of September, it is shared with the owners. Its dimensions: 8 x 3.50 m and depth: 1.30 m. Enclosed courtyard (300 m²), green space shared with owners with parking, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and bicycles available. Shared secure heated swimming pool open from April to the end of September (dimensions: 8 x 3.50 m and depth: 1.30 m).  
Electric heating.  
Sheets provided and possibility of cleaning package.  
Pets allowed.  
From Paris, take the N12 to Dreux then the N154 to Boullay-Mivoye. Then take the D113 towards Boullay-Thierry. The gîte is located at 4 rue du marchis.
