### Apt 4 rooms, 8 ppl, pool, tennis, parking included - Port Barcarès

Functional, spacious flat with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with bunk beds, a cabin with a pull-out sofa and a bathroom with separate WC. The lounge has a pull-out sofa. A total of 8 single beds.  
  
A spacious terrace lets you enjoy your meals outside, so you can make the most of a relaxing setting and a direct view of the Etang de Salses and its windsurfers.  
  
This flat is located in the Grenada residence and boasts exceptional views of the nearby Pyrenees and the marine lake.  
  
A large car park is available behind the residence. (Unnumbered spaces).  
  
As part of your rental, you will have access to :   
\- an aquatic area with 2 pools and a water games area for children and adults.  
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests on presentation of a wristband given to you on arrival.  
\- various sports grounds: multi-sports pitch, basketball court, tennis courts, petanque area, etc.  
\- an outdoor fitness area for getting back into shape or working out.  
  
Place de la Martinique is just a few minutes' walk away. In season, you'll find a bakery/grocery, a tobacconist/newsagent, a launderette, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and a carrefour express.   
Markets, concerts and shows also enliven the square in season, to the delight of young and old alike.   
Near the beach of the marine lake and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you all year round. On the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers against the backdrop of the Pyrenees.   
  
On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children will be able to play safely with their friends, as here pedestrians are king and cars are restricted to the outside.  
  
At Coudalère, everything is planned for family holidays: your children will love the two play areas: one on the Place de la Martinique for the older ones and one, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the Lac Marin for the younger ones.  
  
Long, beautiful beaches are just 2km away, accessible via a wooded path.  
  
From 1 October to 30 April, electricity consumption payable: 0.20/kwh
