Les Arcades III Residence. Pleasant 26m² mezzanine studio located on the 2nd floor. Magnificent view of the Marin Lake, west-facing. Ideal for 4 people. Private parking.  
Comprising a living room (double sofa bed), TV, a fully equipped kitchen area, a mezzanine bedroom with a window (2 single beds), and a bathroom.  
Equipment: Vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, iron, microwave, electric stovetop, refrigerator, flat-screen television, and fan.  
Sumptuous view of the Marin Lake from the loggia, allowing you to enjoy the sunsets. Garden furniture.  
Good value for money.  
Small, quiet building located in the Presqu'île district, on the edge of the ponds...  
Pets not allowed.  
Bed linens are not provided; end-of-stay cleaning is optional and an additional fee. The deposit is €350.
